1. Description of Service & BYOK Model

AlphaOne AI provides AI interfaces and a local multi-provider gateway. HyperRouter can connect compatible clients to Local GGUF models and supported cloud providers through user-supplied credentials.

• Provider credentials: you are responsible for obtaining and using valid credentials from the relevant provider.
• Billing and quotas: provider charges, rate limits, token limits, and account quotas remain your responsibility.
• Provider terms: you must comply with each provider's terms, usage policies, and access restrictions.

2. Local Storage, HyperRouter & Data Loss

Product data may be stored locally on your device. HyperRouter persists configuration under the current Windows user profile, including user_settings.json, and may maintain local telemetry or continuity files required by the gateway. Clearing browser/app data, deleting local configuration, uninstalling software, or device failure can result in permanent loss of local data. AlphaOne AI cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored configuration or history.

3. Local AI & Third-Party Cloud Processing

Local GGUF inference can operate on the user's machine. Cloud inference is different: when HyperRouter or another AlphaOne AI surface sends a request to a configured cloud provider, the request and relevant context are transmitted to that provider. Provider privacy, retention, availability, and content policies apply independently of AlphaOne AI.

4. Automated Routing & Provider Availability

HyperRouter may automatically try eligible Direct Providers and fallback tiers when requests fail, quota boundaries are detected, or providers are unavailable. Routing does not override provider policies and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Provider-side rate limits, billing limits, moderation, outages, or account restrictions can prevent a request from completing.
• Once a downstream stream has been committed, HyperRouter may stop rollover rather than perform an unsafe mid-stream provider switch.
• You remain responsible for monitoring provider accounts, credentials, quotas, and any charges generated by your use.

5. AI Output, Warranties & High-Risk Use

AlphaOne AI does not control the accuracy, completeness, safety, or reliability of third-party or local model outputs. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• AI output is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice.
• Review and test generated code before deploying it to production or allowing it to access sensitive systems.
• For trading, financial, or other high-risk automation, you are responsible for independent validation and all resulting decisions or losses.

6. Trial, Licensing & Proprietary Software

HyperRouter is proprietary software and may provide a time-limited trial or licensed access according to the product version and current offer. Trial availability, license duration, pricing, feature availability, and distribution terms may change. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, bypass licensing controls, or commercially reverse engineer proprietary AlphaOne AI software.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

AlphaOne AI branding, proprietary interface code, HyperRouter routing software, and original product assets remain the property of AlphaOne AI or their respective rights holders. Rights in model output may depend on the provider, applicable law, and your agreement with that provider. References to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Agnes AI, Groq, and other products identify compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement.

8. Website Analytics, Advertising & External Services

The public website may use analytics, advertising, hosted fonts, CDN assets, or other third-party web services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. For privacy details, review the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, integrations, licensing model, or legal requirements change. The revision date above indicates the current published version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
